Q: After my purchase, will you send my gift card in the mail?
A: If you choose the Mail option, Yes, we will mail your gift card to you. You may also choose to email your gift card to the recipient, or to yourself. You can also download the gift card if you choose the virtual (email) option. You cannot choose to do both virtual and having your gift card sent in the mail. You must choose one or the other.
Q: Why can’t I purchase a gift card at the same time I purchase other gear on your website?
A: GB2 Gift Cards are new for 2020, and must be purchased specifically on this page since we are currently using a 3rd party service for the purchasing and tracking of Gift Cards. It’s also easier since a lot of gift cards will be gifted to persons who do not have an existing account on our website.
Q: Where do I enter my gift card code?
A: Right above the price in the shopping cart you can enter your gift card code. If you miss where to put it there will be a note in checkout to go back to the cart to enter your gift card #.
Q: How do I check my Gift Card Balance?
A: You can check your balance on this webpage (above), or by entering your Gift Card # in the shopping cart.
Q: What happens if I lose my Gift Card?
A: Lost or Stolen gift cards are non-refundable.
Q: What if I don’t use my entire gift card balance?
A: Any leftover funds on your gift card balance will remain on your gift card until you have used them.
Q: When does my gift card expire?
A: There is no expiration date on the GB2 Gift Cards
