GB2 Challenge Coin
The 2″ round GB2 Challenge coin was first released in our GB2 Fully Loaded Christmas stockings, and is now available as a stand-alone product. There aren’t many better ways to rep the brand than with this high-quality coin.
Already got a GB2 Challenge coin with a stocking order last Christmas? No problem. This new version of the coin has a silver-colored border, which is slightly different than the previous version.
We also have patches, oval velcro patches, and stickers to round out your kits!
How big is this coin?
The challenge coin is a hair under 2 inches diameter and about 3/16 of an inch thick.
What is this for?
We like to carry them cuz they look awesome, but here's the big answer: A challenge coin is a small coin or medallion, bearing an organization's insignia or emblem and carried by the organization's members. Traditionally, they might be given to prove membership when challenged and to enhance morale.
Does this have a practical purpose?
Besides repping one of the best organizations in the USA, it's rumored to indiscriminately open bottle caps and enhance any EDC picture.

This coin is very colorful and impressive. I now have a matching set of the gold Founding Member coin, the black Life Member Coin, and this silver GB2 coin which all have the same basic center design. These coins are hefty and high quality. Some of the best coins I own.
