Shipping Policy

UPDATE: As of July 7th, 2020, we no longer ship Internationally, until further notice. COVID restrictions have severely limited our ability to get customer products on time outside of the U.S.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Gray Bearded Green Beret is not responsible for stolen packages. If packages are shown as “Delivered”, and list a date and time that they were delivered, you are responsible for the safety of that package once it has been properly delivered to the address listed on your order. 

Tips for avoiding package theft: 

  • Have your package delivered to your work.
  • Have your package delivered to the home of a relative or friend that you know will be home.
  • Have your package held at your local carrier for pickup.
  • Request that your package has signature confirmation upon delivery in your order notes.
  • Ask your carrier to place package in an area out of plain view.
  • Use a doorbell camera or security camera
  • Be sure to check your tracking updates so you are aware of when your package is going to be delivered.

Lost packages will be reported to the shipping carrier and a claim filed. At the conclusion of the carrier investigation USPS, UPS or FedEx, a decision will be made on how to proceed. In most cases, if your package was lost by the shipping carrier, we will replace your gear once an official determination is made by the carrier that your package was indeed lost.  ***Please note that during the COVID pandemic, shipping times may be much longer than listed in some cases. This is out of our control.

Commercial addresses

Please note that we do not ship to commercial reshipping locations unless you email us a picture of your valid driver’s license. We may also request your identification if your billing address does not match your shipping address. We reserve the right to verify a customers identity at any time, for any reason. We take security very seriously.

Orders are processed in our system 5 days a week in the order in which they are received. Most products will ship within 24 -72 hours after the order has been placed, Monday – Friday 8 am-5 pm EST.

Most back-ordered items have a 2-4 week lead time. Please email us for specific lead times on back-ordered products. GBGB will strive to have your items shipped as fast as possible.

Some Medical items will have a 2-4 week lead time due to medical items and kits being made to order by the manufacturer. This includes individual medical items as well as IFAKs. This note is also listed on the Medical product page.

ALL StealthGear items (Holsters, Mag Pouches, Belts) have a 4-5 week lead time for shipping

To ensure that you get all of your items in a timely manner, items may be shipped separately. If for some reason one of your items is not in stock or back-ordered, your shipment may be delayed. If your back-ordered item is not shipped in a timely manner, you may choose to be granted a refund. Customer Service will contact you during processing to review all of the available options.

Please note that some items on backorder may not be listed as such due to system update times. We apologize for any inconvenience. *Special order items will be listed as such on the product page. **Special order items could have a lead time of 2-6 weeks, depending on the product.
