Gray Bearded Green Beret has a return policy of 30 days after you receive your order.
All returned products must be in their original and unused condition and must be in their original packaging.
Perishable products and apparel are not eligible for refunds, returns or exchanges. We also do not accept returns for the following items: Clothing of any sort, Boots, Gloves, Batteries, Headwear, Body Armor, First Aid or trauma treatment products (including tourniquets), any special order items, or seasonal items, such as the GB2 Fully Loaded Stocking.
There will be a 20% restocking fee for items returned with no defect, which will be deducted from your refund. Please include the original packing slip with all returns for proof of purchase. We do not refund shipping charges, and shipping costs for all returns are the customer’s responsibility if there is no manufacturers defect. If your merchandise is found to have a legitimate manufacturer’s defect, your shipping costs will be refunded (Lowest rate ground shipping only), or applied towards your exchange, and there will be no re-stocking fee.
We do not accept returns for any products 30 days after you receive your order.

Clearance items are not eligible for return. Sale items that are returned will only be returned for the original sale price that you paid, plus the standard 20% restocking fee if a restocking fee applies to your return.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Gray Bearded Green Beret is not responsible for stolen packages. If packages are shown as “Delivered”, and list a date and time that they were delivered, you are responsible for the safety of that package once it has been properly delivered to the address listed on your order.
Tips for avoiding package theft:
- Have your package delivered to your work.
- Have your package delivered to the home of a relative or friend that you know will be home.
- Have your package held at your local post office for pickup.
- Request that your package has signature confirmation upon delivery in your order notes.
- Ask your carrier to place package in an area out of plain view.
- Use a doorbell camera or security camera
- Be sure to check your tracking updates so you are aware of when your package is going to be delivered.
Lost packages will be reported to the shipping carrier by Gray Bearded Green Beret and a claim filed. At the conclusion of the carrier investigation USPS, UPS or FedEx, a decision will be made on how to proceed. In most cases, if your package was lost by the shipping carrier, we will replace your gear once an official determination is made by the carrier that your package was indeed lost. ***Please note that during the COVID pandemic, shipping times may be much longer than listed in some cases. This is out of our control. As of December 2020, customers are advised to choose UPS as their shipping carrier.
Event / Workshop Cancellation Policy
No refunds are available if you cancel within 60 days of the event date. Your tuition can be applied to a future class if you need to postpone 30 Days prior to the event date. There are no refunds or postponements inside of 30 days from the event date. If an event is cancelled by Gray Bearded Green Beret, you will receive a full refund or have the option of attending the next event rather than a refund.
A 75% refund of tuition is available if you cancel between 60-90 days prior to the event. If you cancel with more than 90 days before the event date, you will be eligible for a full refund, minus a 20% cancellation fee. If you purchased an event prior to a sale, or did not realize there was a sale, we do not offer retro-active discounts for courses, so we will be unable to provide you a refund for the difference.
If you received any free gear as part of any promotions at the time of your course signup, and you cancel within an eligible refund period, your refund will not include the price of the gear or virtual training items you received. The retail value of the free items you received will be deducted from your refund.
Package Deals & Group Discounts:
Package deals and group discounts are 100% non-refundable, at any time.
ONLINE COURSES RETURN POLICY
Due to the nature of these products we do not offer returns on any online digital product.
DIGITAL MEDIA RETURN POLICY
DVDs and USB Drives are not returnable due to the content being digital media that can be copied. If you receive a DVD and it does not operate properly, we will replace the DVD once we receive the non-working DVD(s). Films on USB drives that are lost due to user error are not returnable or replaceable. There are NO returns on USB film purchases, only replacements if deemed necessary due to bad file transfers.
Act of God Clause:
If an Act of God causes the cancellation and rescheduling of an event, such as an earthquake, flood, lightning storm, hurricane, tornado, mudslide, meteor shower, or another natural disaster, the course will be re-scheduled within 60-90 days of the original course date. If GBGB cannot re-schedule the event within that time frame, attendees will be given a voucher to attend any course of their choosing within the next 12 months. If an attendee misses the course due to the inability to travel from their location due to an act of God, they will be given a voucher for a future course. If there is not a future course scheduled within 12 months, the attendee’s voucher will still be valid until such time that GBGB holds another similar event.
