What am I actually buying?
A real pre-order — physical gear, a training credit, or a spot in the new venue's supporter recognition. This is a purchase from a for-profit small business, not a donation and not an investment in the business. It's early access, at founding pricing, same as anything else in the GB2 store.
When does it ship, or happen?
We're mid-move. Target is January 1st, 2027 for the warehouse and training location to be up and running. If that date changes, you'll hear from us directly, by email, before it happens.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Full refund any time before your order ships or your recognition item is installed.
