Airport Shuttle Service

This add-on is only available with the purchase of an event ticket. It is primarily offered as a convenience for those who are traveling and do not want to pay for a rental car that won't be used other than getting to and from the airport for the course.

Students will be picked up by staff at the designated primary airport for the venue at a designated time in the evening the day before the course starts and will be transported to the venue. Students will be transported back to the airport the day the course ends immediately after course completion and will be responsible for travel arrangements from there. With the exception of the WFR course, all courses start at 8am Thursday and end at 12 noon on Sunday. There are no exceptions for earlier pickup or later drop off.

Due to the distance from the airport to the venue, only one shuttle pickup and drop off will be available. Students are responsible for ensuring their travel arrangements meet this designated shuttle time. No refunds will be available if you fail to show up on time, and you will need to make other arrangements for travel to the course at your own expense.
